Certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method

We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.

LEGO SERIOUS PLAY exploration kit

I had the chance to experience LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in my Business Builders’ group. I found it exciting and fun – I was able to see how everybody thinks! I can be quiet in larger groups and some meetings, and LEGO SERIOUS PLAY gave me the opportunity to participate and express myself in a safe setting. I would absolutely recommend LEGO SERIOUS PLAY. It’s eye-opening!

Facilitation and Workshops

I want people to love their work. I support making teams and groups the best they can be.

What does this mean for you? I facilitate meetings & workshops for deeper, wider communication with 100% participation around the table.

Build your team one brick at a time!

  • Do you have new team members you’d like to incorporate into your existing group?
  • Do you have diverse team members who are struggling to work together?
  • Would you like to align your team? Struggling with buy in?

One of the ways I develop teams is though the use of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. I’ve been introducing companies and organizations to the magic (yes, magic!) of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY since early 2017.

I am a certified facilitator of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method and materials.

Working with my clients I design meetings and workshops unique to each client’s specific needs around strategy, problem-solving, innovation, personal development and team building.

Our hands connect to 70-80% of our brains. I facilitate workshops that tap into the uniquely human ability to imagine, make sense of a situation, initiate change and ultimately create something new using the familiar bricks we all know and love.

I help people and groups understand themselves and each other better.

Using a series of questions geared specifically to address your particular situation and your unique people, I design each session to create deeper and more meaningful communication.

LEGO SERIOUS PLAY meetings are meetings where EVERYONE participates. Everyone builds, and everyone talks about their model.

Can you imagine what’s possible from a meeting with 100% participation?

By the end of our session we will have tapped into the wisdom in the room – that way lies (and here’s that word again) magic.

Check out this article from the Harvard Business Review on how to maximize your brainstorming efforts. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is one way to allow individuals to start the brainstorming process on their own and then come together as a group for maximum results.

You know that saying, “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts”? See it in action with a custom LEGO SERIOUS PLAY session.

Time Management & Productivity

We’re all busier, no doubt about it. The question becomes, are we getting the right things done?

Time management didn’t die with the ’80s and the Filofax – the pace of life has only increased since then. We’ve got email, social media, text and instant messaging – the interruptions are potentially endless.

If your team could use some time management tips and reminders about how to be more productive – and effective – in the face of all these challenges, please get in touch.

Lunch and learns are a quick and easy way to get this training into your workplace.

Get in touch with me here to discuss where your team is most challenged in the “getting the right stuff done” department and how I can best support you.
