Emerging Leader Coaching and Training

I coach and train new leaders and managers to become GREAT leaders and managers. Let’s not reinvent the wheel – you don’t have to do this on your own. 

Please, don’t send your new leaders on a one or two day training course. They’ll come back to the office with a binder that promptly lands on a shelf somewhere in the far reaches of their office.

For lasting results, give them ongoing support with a coach as they acquire the skills they need to become great leaders.

People are often promoted on the basis of the work they’ve produced, not because of their innate management skills. 

So it may be that this person, like many of us, is not a natural manager, is new to the role, or just never received the right training and support.
