As you can plainly see from this photo, the water is truly dark at Big Gull Lake!

What do I know about canoeing? Absolutely nothing. Nada. But when in Rome (or cottage country)…And boy howdy, that water looks particularly deep and dark when you’re in a canoe and you’ve got absolutely no boating clue!

In fact, as I just learned, it isn’t just that Big Gull Lake seemed deep. According to Sweetie, who was a Boy Scout and owns a canoe, in parts that lake is 300 feet deep. In one word or less, eek! But there I was, crossing the lake on a wet and windy afternoon – with someone who coached me through the moment.

So what’s up with Big Gull Lake? If deep down you are feeling stuck or as though something’s missing somewhere in your life – at work, in your personal life, family or friends – and you are ready to take one action towards resolving that one situation (you know, the one that’s got you flummoxed) (a great word, granted, but a not great state of affairs to be in), I invite you to a complimentary and 100% confidential Deep Dive coaching-type conversation with me.

If you are ready to try something different, to do just one thing differently and see what’s possible, let’s schedule a 30 minute Deep Dive call. And please don’t overthink this – I’m a big believer in going with your gut. My gut has served me well over the years.

Be brave. If you have a sneaking suspicion that there must be some kind of solution to your sticky situation lurking in that deep dark water, and if this is calling to you, please connect with me and we’ll dive in together.

You may know that quote, “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result”. If it’s time for another perspective…come on over, the water’s fine over here in Oakville.

This is you, clicking here, being brave – and willing!
