Hey there and welcome!

I’m a late bloomer with a BA from the University of Toronto (English Literature with a minor in Religious Studies) who spent years (and years!) working in an administrative capacity across a variety of industries, including the arts, not for profit, law, finance, banking and executive search.

I worked with all kinds of smart, talented people at all levels of the corporate world.
I turned 50 and decided it was time to use my superpowers to serve more of the people who need me the most. And now I understand what it means to Love My Work.

I completed my coach training with the Coaches Training Institute in 2016, and am an accredited coach (ACC) through the ICF (International Coach Foundation). Since launching my coaching practice in the spring of 2016, I’ve worked with 100+ clients from all walks of life across North America and Europe.

I became a certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials in 2017. More recently, I became a Birkman certified professional, and also trained in using the Facet5 personality assessment tool.

So here I am, all tooled up and looking forward to working with you. Because it’s time for you to Love Your Work.

I laugh a lot, love gardening, my bike, and a great book. I live with a cat named Molly and a husband affectionately known as Sweetie in a little house just west of Toronto.
